Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and account issues.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Identify and escalate priority issues to senior support agents as needed.
