Job Description:
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers who need assistance with their products or services. You will provide timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries through chat support. You should be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude while handling customer queries. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customers' chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Providing technical support for products or services
- Resolving customer complaints and escalations
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
- Updating customer information and interactions in our CRM system
- Providing feedback to improve customer service processes
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer/support service, preferably in chat support or virtual assistance
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone
- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and chat support software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
