Data Science Intern

Job Title: Data Science Intern Location: Memphis, TN We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Data Science Intern for a six-month internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting development, and data-driven decision-making. As a Data Science Intern, you will work closely with our Global Sourcing team to support and impact decision making on various projects and initiatives through improved analytics. Responsibilities: •         Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources. •         Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and trends. •         Collaborate with team members to design and execute data-driven experiments. •         Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. •         Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms. Qualifications: •         Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, or a related field. •         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •         Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. •         Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Power BI). •         Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms. •         Excellent communication and teamwork skills. •         Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. •         Senior or Graduate Level candidate preferred Benefits: •         Hands-on experience with real-world data science projects. •         Opportunity to develop and enhance your technical skills. •         Potential for future full-time employment based on performance.
