Teachers Wanted for Fun Out-of-School Tutoring!
Sylvan Learning Center is looking for fun, dedicated teachers to help and inspire students. We are currently looking for elementary, middle school, and high school tutors who are able to teach reading, math, study skills, and/or writing at a variety of grade levels.
Sylvan creates individualized learning plans for students of all abilities. Lessons designed by experts, a 3:1 student/teacher ratio, and programs tailored to each student's unique needs let you do what you do best - teach! We offer flexible scheduling with part time hours and opportunities for advancement.
What you should know
- If you enjoy teaching, working with, and inspiring students, this is the job for you. (We want you to be happy here!)
- You will use pre-planned lessons. They are straightforward, easy to manage, and fun to teach
- Teach students in a small group setting. There will be no more than 3 students per teacher
- Most teachers choose to work 2-5 days/week
- This is NOT a remote position
