Sylvan Learning Teacher Role

We are seeking a qualified teacher to join our team as a Sylvan Learning Teacher. In this role, you will create personalized learning experiences for students and monitor their progress throughout the program. As a member of our educational team, you will work closely with students at a designated school contract, providing essential support and guidance to help them achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans for each student.
• Create a supportive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
• Administer assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ideas.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree or equivalent required.
• State or provincial teaching credentials (current or expired)
• Minimum of one or two years of teaching experience preferred.
