What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Treatment Coordinator position at Sylvania Pediatric Dental Care?
Our pediatric dental office is seeking a full time dental assistant treatment coordinator to join our team of professionals. We are looking for an accountable, dependable team player who will exhibit proper phone etiquette, thorough communication and be attentive to detail, as our office takes great pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
All applicants must have an Ohio Radiographer Certificate. Candidate should exhibit confidence with dental charting, taking radiographs, and explaining dental treatment to patients and parents. Individual will also need to be comfortable educating parents regarding their insurance benefits as well as providing them with financial estimates and payment options. (Training will be provided for discussions regarding benefits and financial estimates if needed)
This position is not a chairside dental assistant, however the individual does work directly with the dentist, patient and their parents.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience.

Additional information:
- Full time; approximately 32-34 hours a week
- Monday thru Thursday 8 am till 5 pm with a lunch from 1-2 pm.
