Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist students and job seekers in developing career plans and setting professional goals.
- Provide coaching on resume writing, cover letters, and interview techniques.
- Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions on job search strategies and networking.
- Offer guidance on internships, job placements, and career advancement opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with employers to identify job and internship openings.
- Support students in building professional skills such as communication and time management.
- Utilize career development tools, job boards, and industry resources to enhance job search strategies.
- Track and report on job placement outcomes and career success stories.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in career coaching, job placement, or academic advising is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support and motivate students with diverse career aspirations.
- Knowledge of resume building, interview techniques, and job market trends.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping individuals achieve career success.
