Job Overview

As a Customer Success/Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your work will involve troubleshooting issues, offering product guidance, and proactively helping customers achieve their goals.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Guide customers on product usage and best practices
  • Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Assist in onboarding and training new customers

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer success, or a related role preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Newark, NJ 07104: Relocate before starting work (Required)
