Duties
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain HR records, including personnel files and compliance documentation
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Assist in organizing company events and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or a related role preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
