Duties
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with product designers, developers, and stakeholders to implement user-centered design solutions
- Develop and present research reports with actionable insights
- Organize and manage user testing sessions for prototypes and existing products
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends, methodologies, and best practices
- Ensure research findings align with business goals and user needs
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in UX research, usability testing, or a related role preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
