What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Spa Receptionist position at Symbios Medical Services?
- Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks;
- Answers and routes calls, as necessary, to appropriate individuals;
- Accurately takes and delivers messages;
- Maintains clean and orderly reception, client and spa area;
- Maintains log of all calls requiring further action;
- Accepts and signs for packages, and notifies addressee of package arrival;
- Books services and answer any client and service related questions;
- Greets visitors and obtains name and other pertinent information, notifying appropriate individuals of visitor’s arrival.
- Manage spa appointment scheduling using booking software.
- Utilize booking system to maintain and update client profiles and preferences.
- Implement automated check-in processes to enhance client experience and efficiency.
- Coordinate with spa management to optimize daily operations and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular audits and training.
