Job Description

Department : Upholstery

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt - Hourly Pay

Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days; Friday, 6 am-10 am (overtime may be required)

Overview of Responsibilities :

  • Apply poly and secure material to furniture frames using hand and powered tools.
  • Perform repairs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain tools and a clean, safe workstation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of upholstery trimming experience.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic computer skills; Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours and use tools consistently.
