In This Role, You Will
- Lead scientific application studies to characterize platform performance and define sample workflows
- Collaborate with software, product, and R&D teams to frame real-world use cases and surface technical requirements
- Provide internal validation that supports demo strategy, product messaging, and customer targeting
- Guide prioritization of application opportunities based on feasibility and commercial relevance
- Help shape the scientific and strategic direction of this emerging platform
- A PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Sciences, or related field
- (Open to BS/MS with extensive applications experience)
- Deep experience with analytical instruments (e.g., GC, MS, NMR)
- Proven track record designing experimental workflows tied to commercial outcomes
- Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills able to interface with scientists, engineers, and commercial leads
