Job Summary
Symdon Auto Group is a family owned dealership in New Glarus and Monticello.
We are looking for an energetic person who is highly organized to join our team as our Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.
Responsibilities
As our Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you would be responsible for managing all incoming calls, cashiering, stocking in new vehicles, posting AP and printing checks, daily filing, closing daily service work orders, preparing daily deposits, printing and mailing customer statements, keeping sales logs, and other general clerical duties.
Requirements
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Accounting experience preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience in a dealership is a plus but not required.
Required days to work would be Wednesday and Friday's 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with extra available hours Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Must have a high school diploma and valid drivers licence.
