With a strong foundation of support from our team, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to focus on account management, ensuring our clients see results while effectively leading Google Ads/Paid Social efforts and collaborating with the SEO and Web Design teams. Experience in an agency environment is a big plus, as most of our clients are local service providers.
Role Overview
The primary focus of the Digital Marketing Manager will be account management from a marketing standpoint—ensuring client goals are met and campaigns deliver measurable results. This role will also involve managing Google Ads campaigns and working closely with the SEO and Web Design team to create cohesive strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Ensure marketing strategies align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and make recommendations.
• Oversee campaign performance and collaborate with the team to ensure all deliverables are met.
2. Google Ads Management
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Perform keyword research, develop compelling ad copy, and monitor campaign performance.
• Provide detailed performance insights and data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
3. Collaboration with SEO and Web Design Teams
• Work closely with the SEO team to align efforts and improve overall campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the web design team to ensure websites are optimized for conversions and marketing needs.
• Provide direction for SEO strategies and website updates based on campaign data.
4. Reporting & Analytics
• Analyze campaign metrics and create comprehensive monthly reports for clients.
• Use data to evaluate success and recommend strategy adjustments.
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and SEO platforms to track results.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in account management for marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Ads, with a focus on lead generation and optimization.
• Working knowledge of paid social, local SEO and web design basics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with SEO and web design teams.
• Agency-side experience is a big plus.
