Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FINRA-licensed Client Services Associate to join our team. Please note, only candidates who currently hold either their FINRA Series 6 or FINRA Series 7 license will be considered. You will play a vital role in managing client relationships and facilitating communication between clients and internal team members. Your expertise in financial services and project management will be essential in delivering tailored solutions that align with our clients' goals. The candidate must have knowledge and understanding of a contact management system and client support experience. The candidate must also have the ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment with strong and effective communication and organizational skills.
Skills and requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Wealthbox or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Experience in financial services is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client information and the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) licenses is required for ongoing employment in this position.
- Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards.
Duties
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze client needs and provide appropriate recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilize Wealthbox for tracking client interactions and maintaining comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement.
- Assist in marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our services to existing clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,353.00 - $54,549.00 per year
