Responsibilities :
- Product Management Oversight : Develop comprehensive strategies for our Retail CPG products, aligning with market demands and customer needs. Identify trends, assess competition, and drive solutions that differentiate SymphonyAI in the market.
- Product & Platform Development : Lead product discovery for our product and platform development work, collaborating closely with internal teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality storage solutions; develop and execute a clear and executable product roadmap.
- Technology Expertise : Stay up to date with the latest GenAI technologies and industry advancements. Evaluate new technologies and make informed decisions on their integration into our product offerings.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Create a positive and meaningful experience for customers, focusing on Supply Chain, Customer Centricity, Shelf Optimization, and Category Management.
- Technical, AI and Generative AI Expertise : Possess a deep understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI technologies, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, to identify and evaluate the potential applications of these technologies in the retail and CPG industries, and develop strategies to integrate them into our product offerings to drive innovation and create competitive advantages.
- Accountability and Success Measurement : Establish OKRs, metrics, and KPIs to measure product performance and progress toward strategic goals. Report on metrics to executive leadership. Track - Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Customer satisfaction and loyalty, Churn Rate, Retention Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Product Qualified Leads (PQL).
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Team Leadership : Lead a team of 20 product managers, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Supply Chain, Shelf Intelligence, Category Management, and customer-centric retailing software products, including data monetization software products.
