We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on hunting new business opportunities within the retail CPG sector. We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive responsible for new logo and expanding relationships with key retail clients. Their primary role is to strategically drive revenue growth, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure that the retail accounts achieve their business objectives through our AI driven solutions. #LI-KV1 Job Description New Business Development : Identify and prospect potential retail CPG grocery clients by utilizing various sources such as industry contacts, market research, networking events, and targeted outreach. Understand the business needs and pain points of prospective clients to effectively position SymphonyAI Retail's solutions and services. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the retail CPG market to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent progress through the sales cycle. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized sales strategies and presentations that effectively address client requirements. Consultative Selling : Conduct consultative sales engagements with retail CPG prospects, engaging stakeholders at various levels including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers. Perform comprehensive needs assessments and solution demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of SymphonyAI Retail's products and services. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives, emphasizing the ROI and long-term value. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients through their digital transformation journey. Sales Cycle Management : Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts that clearly outline the solution, pricing, and terms. Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, product managers, and implementation specialists, to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to sales leadership, highlighting key wins, challenges, and potential areas for improvement. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field 10 years of successful enterprise sales experience in the retail technology or CPG industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets of $3M In-depth knowledge of the retail CPG sector, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities. Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions and their applications within the retail CPG space. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, resulting in long-term partnerships. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify clients' pain points and propose effective solutions. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
