Key Responsibilities
- SharePoint Online Administration:
- Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, metadata, and permissions
- Implement and enforce governance policies for data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure seamless content management and search optimization
- Microsoft 365 Automation:
- Design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes (e.g., document approvals, notifications, and data integration)
- Create custom Power Apps to enhance data collection, dashboards, and workflow efficiency
- Integrate Microsoft automation solutions with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems
- Use PowerShell scripting to manage and automate administrative tasks efficiently
- Knowledge Management & User Support:
- Maintain a structured repository for content and ensure data versioning integrity
- Provide user support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft automation solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve permissions and access requests, and enhance system performance
- Compliance & Best Practices:
- Implement governance policies for SharePoint Online and automation workflows
- Monitor industry trends and Microsoft updates, recommending enhancements for continuous improvement
- Ensure all automation solutions and SharePoint structures align with organizational cybersecurity policies
Required Experience:
- 10 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting
- 10 years of experience administering SharePoint Online environments, including site configuration, permissions management, and taxonomy structuring
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SharePoint and automation workflows
- 5 years of experience in Power Platform development, including designing interactive dashboards and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices within Microsoft 365 environments
- Ability to analyze and improve automation processes, optimizing for efficiency and scalability
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Expert, or similar
