Your role

As part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while championing Symrise's Employer Brand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Expertise:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and permanent positions.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, source top talent, and ensure alignment with team dynamics and organizational values.
- Conduct sourcing, pre-screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation with professionalism.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive, engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Facilitate competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and other evaluation techniques.
- Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager on hiring forecasts, recruitment strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Actively support recruitment campaigns and critical business projects aligned with the Symrise global strategy.
- Contribute to projects that enhance our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding landscape.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion to create a competitive advantage and align with Symrise’s values.
- Collaborate with HR Services and Global Mobility on international hires and assignment agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment offers, ensuring alignment with total rewards and organizational policies.
- Communicate employment offers effectively to highlight the role’s appeal and benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Extensive sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally within a global manufacturing organization.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, or other recruiting software.
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, conducting interviews, online assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple searches while supporting several Hiring Managers simultaneously.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
