Your role
Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required
Assisting with systems integrations
Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business
Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems
Developing reports for teams across the business
Assist with project management of various application driven projects, including upgrades, new implementations, user training
Provide coverage for change management of both internally developed and vendor provided systems, including ensuring that quality assurance and testing of systems and subsystems are accomplished prior to moving changes to production
Coordinate technology efforts with Regional, Segment, and Core IT teams
Acting as the primary point of contact for the solution(s) in charge of coordination
Providing guidance and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction for functional and operational stakeholders
Ensuring compliance to standards, guidelines and processes
Building relationships with key stakeholders and gaining early awareness of their requirements

About you
BS / BA or equivalent degree in Business or IT
Proficient at analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data
Familiarity working with databases and applications for maintenance tasks, tuning
Intimate knowledge of an organization’s computing systems
Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
