Your role
MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to maintain the plants' operational and financial competitiveness.
- Establishes expert knowledge and technical expertise in running and troubleshooting powder technologies, box-drying, spray-drying, and the palatability processes.
- Define and simulate process flow diagrams and write standard operating procedures.
- Trains Operations personnel in the correct application techniques for modern technologies
- Supports all related areas in the development and implementing new business and maintaining the quality for existing business
- Utilizes box / spray dry experience to expand and optimize product portfolio
- Works directly with internal and external customers in product development, troubleshooting and finding technical solutions for box / spray drying.
- Works closely with Symrise Global Spray Dry process engineering partners.
- Occasional domestic travel to other Symrise Pet Food / IsoNova Production Facilities in North America or to the facilities of equipment manufacturers or customers may be required.
- Leverage learnings, ensuring best practices are shared and implemented.
- Drive superior performance by gathering, analyzing, and sharing key operational data.
