Your role
The Finance Business Partner, Consumer Fragrance Division will provide support for the sales team and business leaders for reviews, forecast and budget of sales, profitability, customer bids and costs. He will provide guidance to the business to meet and exceed financial goals.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales Team Support : Analyze financial performance of the accounts from macro to micro stand pointChallenge sales previsions (Forecast, budget, Mid Term Plan)Develop operational metrics and key performance indicators to the businessBuild innovative scenarios to support commercial strategiesTranslate data into information and recommendations for decision-makingEmployee trainings (MicroStrategy, SAP, Excel …)
- Business Support : Monthly analysis of the financial results from Sales to EBITDABudget and forecast process coordination : working as a bridge between Business and FinanceContact with global headquarters (Germany) for business controllership, business intelligence and benchmarkingOptimize internal business processes seeking to improve operational efficiency and efficacy and manage the business performance, influencing the decision-making through recommendationsSupport to other departments as well (CRM, Creative team, Production …)
- New business opportunities : Conduct market research on new clients opportunitiesImplement a competitive intelligence system
