Role: Data Scientist (Mid-Sr. Level)
Location : DMV area Locals only, Hybrid Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to develop predictive models, optimize algorithms, and unlock valuable insights from vast amounts of data.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy machine learning models to support business goals.
- Develop predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making.
- Work with large, structured, and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Implement NLP, deep learning, or advanced statistical methods as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to integrate models into production systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and algorithm development.
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Ability to communicate complex data science concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and research skills.
