CNC Mill Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, programming, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Duties

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Program CNC machines using G-code.
• Utilize hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in machining or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in operation is essential.
• Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting designs is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and measuring devices such as micrometers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
