Company Description
SynapseTBI specializes in objective diagnostic testing for Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries (mTBI), and Post Concussion Syndrome. Our testing is recommended and validated by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) for post TBI patients with cognitive deficits. In addition to testing, we provide Neurologist consultations, treatment plans, Psych Evals, in-home treatment programs, Neuro Rehab/Physical Therapy, and Life Care Plans.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at SynapseTBI. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is located in St Louis, MO with the option for some work from home.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage client accounts and build strong relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and related conditions
- Experience in healthcare or medical sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
