What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a full-time HR Manager to lead and support our fantastic team across all SPT locations. You’ll be the go-to person for everything people-related from hiring and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Your Role:
- Own the entire HR lifecycle from recruiting and hiring to onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Build and maintain a supportive, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment that reflects SPT’s values.
- Be a culture champion! Work closely with leadership to keep our team engaged, appreciated, and growing.
- Handle sensitive employee relations with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay on top of labor laws and best practices to protect and empower the company and our employees.
- Collaborate with clinic leaders and department heads to ensure staffing and HR needs are met smoothly across all locations.
- Maintain employee records and oversee benefits, payroll coordination, and performance reviews.
- Drive team communication and ensure accurate documentation of company information.
- Cultivate team effectiveness by promoting and supporting the use of our people management platform.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certification is a bonus!)
- 2 years of HR experience. Healthcare, therapy services, or a multi-site environment experience will be great!
- Strong working knowledge of Texas employment laws and HR compliance standards
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
- A warm, people-first mindset with the ability to stay cool under pressure
- Tech-savvy with HRIS, and other People software
- Monday through Friday schedule, 9 AM to 5:30 PM
- A valid driver license as the role requires visiting the various clinics in DFW on a weekly rotation

- $67,000 - $75,000 per year
