Overview
Synaptics is looking for a Sr. Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing Sales organization. You will be responsible for driving our sales efforts with major OEMs. The primary focus will be on prospecting new Bay Area accounts. This position reports to the VP, North America Sales.
The typical base pay range for this position is USD $120,000 - $189,200 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Responsibilities & Competencies
Job Duties
- Aggressively prospect new IoT accounts in the Bay Area for our leading EdgeAI SoCs and Wireless connectivity solutions
- Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve or surpass sales targets for assigned accounts
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned account base
- Collaborate closely with peer ODM sales, engineering and marketing teams to influence the development and launch of new products and services tailored to our clients' needs
- Efficiently coordinate cross-business unit projects, ensuring seamless execution
- Predict sales trends and maintain a well-organized sales pipeline
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales performance, presenting findings to senior management
