Job Description Overview
Our growing mountain apparel business is seeking an experienced, motivated team member to contribute to the growth and success of the accounting team within SYNC. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining accurate accounting and financial procedures to support all areas of the business. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with different departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage QuickBooks Online account to process all financial transactions
- Support accounting and operational functions (AP, AR, budgeting, audits, journal entries)
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports for monthly and quarterly reviews
- Support CFO and COO on essential workflows
- Reconcile all monthly bank account statements to ensure accuracy
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Provide general accounting and business operations support, including accounting email box
- Own all accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Responsible for onboarding new employees into ADP Payroll
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 years of accounting or related experience
- Strong financial, payroll, and HR experience
- Detail oriented, organized and tech-savvy
- Strong communication, organizational, and budgeting skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Suite, Slack
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is based on skill and experience level. Range: $55,000 - $65,000
- Health insurance and retirement plan available
- The position is in person Monday through Friday in Avon, CO
- Employment on a full-time basis, with some weekend commitments
