Job Title: Laborer
Reports To: Field Operations Supervisor
Position Overview: The Laborer will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects and general labor tasks. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our projects by providing manual labor and assistance to skilled tradespeople.
Primary Duties:
- Task Execution: Perform assigned tasks efficiently and effectively, adhering to project plans and safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Project Support: Assist in project setup, preparation, and cleanup, ensuring smooth workflow and project readiness.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate and maintain construction tools and equipment, following proper procedures and guidelines.
- Safety Awareness: Remain vigilant of job site hazards and safety risks, promptly reporting any concerns to supervisors.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality, contributing to the overall success of the project.
- Material Management: Assist in the handling and storage of construction materials, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors, providing updates on task progress and any issues encountered.
