Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy integration solutions. Integrations can be direct connections to a SQL/ Oracle database or through Web Services.
- Monitor the database performance of Synchrono SQL databases and make recommendations to optimize performance.
- Create stored procedures in SQL to modify and update data per customer specification.
- Deployment of Synchrono applications onto cloud or customer-owned servers.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to the Synchrono suite of software products.
- Reproduce and log tickets with Synchrono developers related to any technical issues identified by customers.
- Update “best practices” documentation and methodology for future use.
- Must have 3 years of experience as a Technical Consultant or similar position
- Experience building/maintaining business systems integrations
- Proficient in SQL Server
- Programming skills (C# preferred)
- Experience with web services
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail oriented, and ability to multi-task, working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work closely with users and development team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or other Technical Educational Background
- US Citizen
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- DBA experience
- Programming with Microsoft .NET
- Experience working with cloud infrastructures (Azure)
- Report Writing experience
