Role Summary/Purpose:
The SVP, Home & Auto Finance – Lowe’s will provide strategic and operational financial leadership to our Lowe’s portfolio. The role reports directly to CFO of the Home & Auto platform and will support the General Manager of Lowe’s.
This role will play a key leadership role in supporting growth initiatives, evaluating investment decisions, and influencing strategy to ensure business profitability. This role will have significant cross-functional interaction with the Synchrony Lowe’s Leadership team including operating committee meetings and direct engagement with our partner.

You will be requested to attend business meetings at least monthly at the Lowe’s client site in Charlotte, and attend other events at our Charlotte office or other hub locations, for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead a team of finance COE employees dedicated to financial support and analysis for the Lowe’s portfolio
Support the General Manager and cross-functional team in delivering financial commitments
Understand key contractual requirements and ensure that we are delivering on those obligations
Provide financial leadership including ensuring the development of key processes and financial analytics over the portfolio
Analyze key trends and indicators of performance for the consolidated portfolio
Work proactively with cross-functional leadership team members to support cross-platform initiatives
Financial leader in strategic operating committee meetings with the client Lowe’s; engaging in financial discussions with Lowe’s
Support growth initiatives, evaluate investment decisions and influence strategy to ensure business profitability
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or in lieu of degree, 12 years equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of FP&A experience
Experience in financial modeling and use of Oracle / Hyperion Systems and databases
Experience in collaboration on cross-functional teams and leading projects/initiatives
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook

The salary range for this position is 200,000.00 - 330,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
