Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime
- Conduct repairs, replacements, and upgrades of electrical components as necessary
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and production teams to address electrical concerns
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Assist in the training of junior maintenance staff as needed
- Participate in electrical safety audits and inspections
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in electrical maintenance or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary, including overtime
