Our Transaction Cloud product abstracts the intricacies of sending API-driven transactions, allowing teams to focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. The Role
We're looking for a Head of Marketing to shape and execute our product marketing strategy, focusing on technical content development and community engagement. As an individual contributor reporting to Syndicate's COO, you'll work closely with our engineering team to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with developers and enterprises. This role combines product marketing expertise with technical understanding to effectively position our Metabased Rollups product in the market.
You Will :
Work with the engineering team, Head of Ecosystem, and Co-Founders to develop an in-depth understanding of our products, enabling you to create compelling narratives that educate and drive demand
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and effectively reach target audiences
Collaborate with engineering to produce content, visuals / diagrams, and educational materials that help the market and developers understand our solutions
Own Syndicate's voice across social channels (particularly Farcaster, X, and LinkedIn), to engage with the ecosystem and build awareness and relationships with customers
Create and manage our content calendar across channels, aligning with market trends and audience behavior
Identify and analyze target audience segments to tailor messaging and campaigns that resonate with each group
Monitor and analyze key metrics across social media engagement, blog traffic, and newsletter performance
Stay current with crypto and blockchain technology trends, integrating market insights into our marketing strategy
Work with leadership to refine our positioning and messaging as we scale
Requirements :
5 years of experience in product, content, or general marketing
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content
Experience working directly with engineering teams to develop content
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft content for developer audiences
Experience managing social media presence for a technical product
Analytical skills with experience in content performance measurement
Understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 infrastructure
Nice to Haves :
Prior experience in crypto / web3 marketing
Success in an early-stage startup environment
Experience in a remote-first environment
Technical writing experience for developer audiences
