Title : Performance Marketing Manager

Location : West Palm Beach - Fully Onsite

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in performance marketing, managing ad budgets across major platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Excel / Google Sheet
  • Ability to craft engaging ad creatives and messaging that resonate with eCommerce audiences.

Primary Job Duties :

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platform, including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct A / B testing to refine strategies for ad creative, targeting, and placement.
  • Analyze data to create actionable reports, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance.
