Our client, a well-known agency in Los Angeles is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, with an emphasis on Google Ads and Analytics. This is a great opportunity to oversee campaign setup, optimization, and reporting while managing budgets and to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
This is a fully ONSITE 1–2-month temp role working full time hours.
Pay: $30.00 – 36.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full campaign lifecycle from setup to optimization and reporting
- Execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Implement budget pacing and adjustments to maximize campaign performance
- Analyze performance data and make creative and targeting changes to improve results
- Generate performance reports and provide insights for client presentations
- Monitor campaign data and suggest improvements based on industry benchmarks
- Ensure campaigns stay within client budgets and approved media plans
- Ensure all campaigns align with client objectives and media plans
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications required
- Familiarity with optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
- Ability to interpret performance data and make strategic adjustments
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team
- Experience in home building or real estate is a plus
