An entertainment brand is looking for a Project Manager for Promotional Products and Premium Gifting. The ideal candidate for this role has an entertainment background and Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) & Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) experience, in addition to being and expert in all decoration methods and premium processes. The candidate also has a proven track record in client-facing creative project management and production, and supervisory experience within a dynamic agency or entertainment studio environment. A passion for innovation, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to effectively lead and inspire our Design team will be key to being successful in this project-based role. .

ON-SITE : Los Angeles, CA
PAY : $40-45 / HR
Responsibilities :
- Conceptualizing, selecting, and implementing impactful promotional and retail experiences that forge enduring and positive connections with recipients, while driving business objectives forward.
- Staying abreast of the latest developments and trends in design, retail, technology, packaging, and social media to inspire and advise our corporate partners in strategic decision-making to achieve their brand engagement goals.
- Negotiating favorable service rates, managing budgets, overseeing production schedules, defining job requirements for final production, supervising fulfillment and shipping, and meticulously tracking expenditures.
- Identifying, engaging, and supervising external agencies as supplementary support when necessary.
- Collaborating with our creative services, events, and technology teams to address both in-person and virtual experiential branding needs, aligning with overall brand design standards to enhance the overall experience.
- Cultivating strong working relationships with partners, vendors, agencies, and clients to proactively meet all design project needs.
- Providing leadership, insights, and guidance to junior team members upon request, and offering strategic support to senior team members as required.
