HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive UX research strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct thorough user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform product enhancements.
- Create and maintain user personas to guide design decisions and ensure a user-centered approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility.
- Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Ensure that all products meet accessibility standards and advocate for inclusive design principles throughout the organization.
- Hire and mentor a team of UX researchers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align UX priorities with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design and research, and champion innovative approaches to enhance the user experience.
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU:
- 8 years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record of success in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- BA/BS in psychology, human-computer interaction, or related field. Advanced degree (MA/MS) in a relevant field is a plus.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate user insights into actionable strategies that drive business results.
- Passionate about understanding user needs and advocating for their interests throughout the product development lifecycle.
