We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Linga products and payment solutions to join our team. In this role, candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and providing solutions that enhance our payment processing capabilities using Linga's suite of products. Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that payment systems meet business needs and comply with industry standards.

The Role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Linga payment solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assess current payment processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and enhanced user experiences, leveraging Linga payment solutions.
- Work with technical teams to configure, implement, and integrate Linga products within existing systems, ensuring optimal functionality and seamless transactions.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that clearly communicate requirements to development and implementation teams.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure that Linga payment solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Collaborate with QA teams for user acceptance testing.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Linga products, ensuring they understand system functionalities, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for payment-related system issues, troubleshooting problems, and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system configurations, user guides, and training materials related to Linga payment solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status, system enhancements, and potential impacts on business operations.
- Stay current with Linga payment solution updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements that drive business value and ensure compliance with payment processing regulations.
You are:
- Experience Range: 8 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with strong expertise in Linga products & payment solutions.
- Experience in the payment processing industry, including knowledge of payment gateways, merchant services, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, as well as familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems, API integrations, and data analysis tools is a plus.
