Our challenge
As the North America Marketing Lead, candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive business expansion and attract & retain talent. The candidate will lead the Company’s industry sponsorship programs to enhance the brand and drive engagement, as well as support go-to-market partnership programs and other strategic initiatives.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Working with North America Leadership, create annual marketing plans that align with business objectives, supported by industry trends, customer insights, and competitive benchmarks.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness while supporting practice and client account teams in demand generation efforts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing strategy performance, delivering data-driven insights to facilitate continuous improvement.
- End-to-end planning and execution of regional events, including industry sponsorships and roundtables, to enhance stakeholder engagement and optimize commercial opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of diverse recruitment marketing strategies in collaboration with the global recruitment team, ensuring the brand attracts top talent.
- Work across key areas of the business helping execute elements of the Company’s growth strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on technology and financial services.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, events, social media and Salesforce CRM.
- Business partner mindset, excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across global teams.

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
