Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Assurance and Development Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform L2 and L3 support activities, including incident management and real-time communication to resolve issues swiftly.
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee deployment processes.
- Conduct application maintenance tasks, including code reviews, disaster recovery planning, business continuity planning, and maintaining comprehensive application documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in application support, production assurance, and development activities.
- Strong knowledge of incident management processes and tools.
- Proficiency in coding and application development practices.
