Steadlight is a production company based in Pompano Beach, FL. We specialize in helping clients deliver impactful messages through events, serving clients in South Florida and across the country. We have the privilege of providing production services for leading companies and non-profits in the US.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Production Manager at Steadlight. The Event Production Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day event production tasks, communication with clients and team members, production planning, and budgeting.
As an Event Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating all aspects of event production between clients and our in-house team.
- Creating and maintaining production documentation (design notes, site visit notes, floor plans, production schedules, call lists).
- Collaborating with our logistics team on transportation, inventory, staffing, and scheduling.
- Leading on-site staff and freelancers, ensuring high-quality execution of all logistical and technical elements.
- Guiding clients through event preparation, providing clear explanations of provisions, policies, and procedures.
- Developing, managing, and tracking program budgets to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of three years of experience in event production.
- Excellent organizational skills, even under tight deadlines, and proficiency in G-Suite.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- A keen attention to detail.
- An enjoyment of working with and interacting respectfully with others.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
