Our Challenge
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Delivery Leader to oversee a large Managed Services engagement for our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in delivery leadership, specifically within the context of Managed Services, and have extensive experience working with offshore teams.
The Role: Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the overall delivery of Managed Services engagements, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.
- Foster a collaborative environment between onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Engagement Oversight: Implement and oversee the execution of L3 Support in an onsite-offshore model, ensuring compliance with stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns related to service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize a background in software development to guide technical discussions and decisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure the Managed Services offered are competitive and effective.
- Tool Proficiency: Leverage tools such as Jira and ServiceNow for project tracking, incident management, and workflow automation.
- Ensure teams are effectively utilizing these tools for maximum efficiency.
