Our Challenges:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Coordinator with experience in the Credit Card domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of API testing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams across various locations.
Additional Information
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburg, PA is $90k - $95k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role &
Responsibilities:
- Credit Card Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience in the Credit Card industry, with a deep understanding of processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
- API Testing Awareness: Familiarity with API functionality and testing methodologies.
- Manual testing experience, focusing on API testing.
- Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to coordinate activities among multiple teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
- Experience working with diverse systems involved in the Credit Card process and understanding their interactions.
- Capable of defining comprehensive Overall/System Integration Test Plans.
- Integration Testing: Lead integration testing efforts across multiple systems, comprehending overall system designs and data flows.
- Test Case Management: Review, expand, and guide the development of test cases, ensuring appropriate test coverage across all scenarios.
- Pipeline Execution Awareness: Understanding of test execution within a pipeline context, including its purpose and benefits.
- This role emphasizes test coordination rather than automation or technical skill sets.
Requirement:
You are:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in test coordination, in the Credit Card domain.
- Proven track record of leading integration testing efforts and coordinating teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
