This individual is responsible for developing and producing interactive / online technical documentation using browser-based languages training products. This is a contingent opportunity with an anticipated award date of January 2026.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and update operational procedures, detailed descriptions of its hardware and software components, and an interactive online help feature.
- Maintain approximately 500 content files in knowledge repositories.
- Develop and manage content for the IETM, including an online help feature. Content encompasses documentation and procedures outlining the system level operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with technical writers and subject matter experts to create technical documentation, including manuals, user guides, and maintenance instructions.
