Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely and compassionate communication.
- Represent clients in both virtual and in-person court conferences and motion appearances.
- Conduct depositions and gather relevant case information to build strong legal arguments.
- Draft and submit legal documents, including motions, oppositions, reply briefs, and appellate briefs.
- Commit to an in-office schedule, working approximately 50 hours per week in a collaborative team environment.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and Bachelor's Degree from accredited institutions.
- Admission to the New York State Bar, as well as the Southern and Eastern District Courts of NY.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Personal Injury Law handling motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, dog bite, and assault cases.
- Specific knowledge or experience with General Municipal Law 205e preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
