Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at a leading fragrance house.
- This role focuses on supporting the sales team by managing projects in our internal systems, coordinating sample requests, and facilitating customer communication.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless project execution and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- Project Management:
- Enter and maintain project details in the company's project management system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Track and monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, collaborating with internal departments to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate and follow up on project-related tasks to ensure on-time completion.
- Sample Coordination:
- Manage sample requests, ensuring accurate preparation, packaging, and timely delivery to clients.
- Maintain inventory of samples and communicate effectively with the lab or production teams to fulfill requests.
- Customer Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to project timelines, sample status, and other requests.
- Proactively provide updates to clients and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to support account activities, including preparing documentation and reports.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, presentations, and other sales-related activities.
- Administrative Duties:
- Ensure all relevant documentation and project information is properly filed and accessible.
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in a fragrance, beauty, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in the fragrance industry or familiarity with fragrance development processes.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
