Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive factual investigations and legal research.
- Draft and respond to written discovery.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions.
- Draft persuasive memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
- Present compelling oral arguments.
- Assist with negotiations, mediations, trial preparation, trials, and appeals.
- Collaborate with shareholders, senior associates, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless case management.
- Manage client expectations and help them develop and pursue their best interests.
- Actively participate in professional networking to strengthen the firm's visibility in the community.
- Education: Juris Doctorate degree.
- Licensing: In good standing with the State Bar of California.
- Experience: 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for trust and estate law.
- Skills: Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships with clarity and compassion.
