Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defence litigation and general civil law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various insurance and civil law topics.
• Manage a caseload effectively and efficiently while maintaining high standards of legal practice.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to strategist and execute case plans.
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance defence litigation is required.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
