Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in insurance defence litigation and general civil law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various insurance and civil law topics.
- Manage a caseload effectively and efficiently while maintaining high standards of legal practice.
- Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to strategist and execute case plans.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and procedures.
- Experience in insurance defence litigation is required.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
