Some Real Estate or related experience
Financial Statements, Bookkeeping, and Accounting skills
Experience in Finance Management and Tax Preparation
Knowledge of financial processes and procedures
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Proficiency in Quickbooks and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
